1. Conditions for Returns
- Term : Products can be returned within 30 days after receipt.
- Product Condition : The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of the invoice or order confirmation must be included.
2. Return Process
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Request : Contact our customer service at info@lablaze.nl to submit a return request. Please include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First name + last name
- Address details
- Return label : After approval, you'll receive a return label. Print it out and stick it on the package.
- Shipping : Drop off the package at the nearest shipping point or post office.
- Processing : After receiving the package, we will check the product and process the refund within 10 business days.
3. Shipping costs
- Return costs : Return costs are covered by us.
- Shipping Costs Upon Refund : Any initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, you'll receive a confirmation of the refund. The refund will be processed through your original payment method and usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Exchange
Would you rather exchange a product instead of returning it? Please contact our customer service. In some cases, you can receive a replacement item if it's in stock.
