Return Policy

At La Blaze we want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please read our returns policy below for full details.

If it turns out that the spray head breaks during use, we will be happy to help you obtain a new spray head.

Returns Policy

1. Return period : Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Product Condition : Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. Confirmation of Return : Send us an email at info@lablazesprays.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a confirmation with further instructions.

Returns process

1. Shipping Returns : Send the item in its original packaging to the specified return address. The shipping costs for the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Returns Processing : Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, opened and/or used interior perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Exchange Policy

At this time we do not offer an exchange service. If you would like to receive a different product, please place a new order via our webshop.
