1. Conditions for Returns

  • Term : Products can be returned within 30 days after receipt.
  • Product Condition : The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the invoice or order confirmation must be included.

2. Return Process

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  3. Reason for return
  4. Photo of the product in case of breakage
  5. First name + last name
  6. Address details
  7. Return label : After approval, you'll receive a return label. Print it out and stick it on the package.
  8. Shipping : Drop off the package at the nearest shipping point or post office.
  9. Processing : After receiving the package, we will check the product and process the refund within 10 business days.

3. Shipping costs

  • Return costs : Return costs are covered by us.
  • Shipping Costs Upon Refund : Any initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

4. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, you'll receive a confirmation of the refund. The refund will be processed through your original payment method and usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Exchange

Would you rather exchange a product instead of returning it? Please contact our customer service. In some cases, you can receive a replacement item if it's in stock.
